DevDosh Ltd protect all parties with FCA Escrow Service

Control of monies
Investor capital is held on deposit and managed by an FCA Authorised and Regulated Escrow Service engaged by the SPV. 

The role of the FCA Escrow Service is to protect all parties through the entire investment cycle. It does this by enforcing strict Anti Money Laundering & Terrorist Financing procedures and diligently following requirements and provisions set out by the escrow contract. 

In the case of the DevDosh Ltd fixed income investment product the FCA Escrow Service will be responsible for capital deployment and capital/yield return. 

• Capital deployment: receive investor capital, hold capital on behalf of the SPV, disburse loan and professional fee payments as required by the escrow contract
• Capital/yield return: hold retained interest fund, pay out yields to investors, receive loan repayments from borrower, hold loan repayments on behalf of the SPV, return capital to investors at end of loan term

 The FCA Escrow Service holds and manages investor capital for the entire loan cycle.

Anti Money Laundering (AML)/Know Your Client (KYC) Requirements
All parties depositing or receiving monies will be AML/KYC checked by the FCA Escrow Service.

Depositing parties must provide: 

• Name and address
• Government issue photo ID
• Proof of address
• Source of funds information 

Receiving parties must provide :

• Name and address
• Government issue photo ID
• Proof of address

 These requirements extend to Persons with Significant Control within a corporation depositing or receiving funds.
